Max 10 MB file size.Description: The Landscape Designer will be responsible for preparing schematic plans and graphicpresentation materials, assisting with production of construction documents, attending andparticipating in meetings, and working with senior designers on a collaborative team.Requirements:1-3 yr. minimum working experience at a landscape architecture office.Undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design.Experience working on technical drawings in AutoCAD, including construction layout plans,details, and/or planting plans.Ability to prepare clear, concise hand-drawn or digital graphics.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to take direction and work within a team.Knowledge of construction methods and materials.Attention to detail and organization.Proficiency in:– AutoCAD 2014+– Adobe Creative Suite– Microsoft Office– 3D Modeling (SketchUp or Rhino)Desirable Qualifications:Knowledge of local plants and growth characteristics.Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to take initiative and investigate potential design solutions.Strong design intuition and creative talent.Effective time management skills.Sense of accountability.Proficiency in:– Land F/X– ArcMap/ArcGIS– Lumion– Revit
